My name is Oleh, and I specialize in developing strength and conditioning in all level athletes.
One of my biggest passions in life is Physical therapy; currently I am pursing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Having a physical therapy background, I aim to teach all of my clients to develop form which will prevent injury. I assess their movement patterns and tweak and correct any dysfunction. I believe that developing the right form for you; will give you the most longevity and healthiness in any sport. Regardless of your goal, correct posture, and correct lifting technique will all correlate to a long and healthy, and most importantly, pain free life.
I have lifted weights my entire life, since the age of 12. I have also encountered a magnitude of different injuries throughout my lifting career and have learned how to overcome these injuries; this is what drove me to physical therapy in the first place.
I started bodybuilding when I was 12, and slowly transitioned into powerlifting throughout the years, with my main focus now being a 2000lb raw total at 242 weight class. I don’t have the best genetics towards strength, but I do have an impeccable work ethic and an extreme passion for the sport.
I have experience with a variety of powerlifting programs, Sheiko and different eastern bloc programs, high volume, high frequency programs, conjugate and concurrent styles of programs, simple progressive programs, and so forth, thus when I program for you, everything is individual and based on your goals. We will together figure out what works best for you and maximize your progress. I don’t believe in giving anyone cookie cutter programs.
