Training/Coaching
One on One Training Sessions 60-90 minutes

My sessions are between 60 and 90 minutes, with an option to go longer. During your session, i will assist you with all aspects of training; the only thing you have to do is get under the bar and lift. I will load your weights, i will pick your weights, and i will give you instance feedback on your form.   

Group Training Sessions (up to 3 people)

Semi-Personal Training is a great option if you want to bring a friend or spouse or whoever shares your same goal. 

Powerlifting Specific Coaching 60-90 minutes
Raw + Single Ply, regardless of total

I coach to USAPL/IPF rules and standards. I teach my athletes to squat to depth, bench with a pause and fully lock out their deadlifts. I specialize in raw (raw + wraps) and single ply. If you're in multi-ply, i can refer you to some other great coaches who have more experience with multi ply gear.  


Weightlifting Specific Coaching 60-90 minutes
Beginner to Intermediate Only

I teach progressions to full lifts from beginner to intermediate level athletes.
