Strength & Powerlifting Coaching
Your goals. Your starting point. A plan that fits.
Personalized coaching with Oleh Prodan for general strength and powerlifting. Build a foundation, refine your lifts, or prepare for your next meet—with practical direction based on your experience, equipment, schedule, and training needs.
Three Ways to Work Together
01 / Programming & Program Review
A complete plan—or a clearer direction for the plan you already have.
Custom programming starts with your goals and current training, then considers your experience, available equipment, weekly schedule, and recovery. The aim is purposeful work you can carry out and evaluate.
Already following a program? We can review its structure, exercise selection, workload, and progression, then identify targeted adjustments. Bring your current plan and recent training records so the review begins with what you actually do.
A good fit: lifters who need individualized programming or want help understanding why their current approach needs adjustment.
02 / Video Technique Review
Understand what to change—and how to practice it.
Submit lifting footage for a review of setup, positioning, execution, and repeatability. Feedback focuses on the issues that matter most, with practical cues and adjustments to test in your next session.
We’ll agree on which lifts and clips to review and how feedback will be delivered. Film the full movement from a clear angle and include the weight, repetitions, and what you want help with.
A good fit: lifters training independently who want focused feedback on the squat, bench press, deadlift, or another agreed movement.
03 / In-Person Coaching — Crystal Lake
Focused technique work or coaching through a full training session.
Use a technique session to build or refine setup, bracing, movement execution, and confidence under the bar. Work on the lift or movements that need your attention, with feedback as you practice.
Or work through a full training session with coaching on exercise execution, loading decisions, and how to apply the plan. We’ll discuss the session’s goals, location, duration, and availability before booking.
A good fit: new lifters learning the essentials and experienced lifters who want direct coaching during training.
How Coaching Works
1 / Tell Me What You’re Working Toward
Share your goals, training experience, preferred service, equipment, and weekly availability. You don’t need a particular total to get started.
2 / Agree on the Support You Need
We’ll discuss fit, availability, pricing, and the scope of work. Whether you want a focused review or ongoing support, the deliverables, review frequency, and communication arrangements are agreed before you begin.
3 / Train, Review, Adjust
Put the agreed plan or technique changes into practice. Record your work and use the planned reviews to decide what to keep, change, or progress.
